Hey Kids! Just in case you haven't had the chance to go to Academy Records and purchase my new tape, here is the whole thing in MP3 format. Every little bit was recorded in Sunset Park. The artwork was done by the wonderful Daniel Douglas.
It would be best for the listening experience if you put it on a tape. But if not, it is still nice. It is in STEREO.

Life eh? After tour, I basically hid out with Jessie for several weeks, wrote something like six songs that I may never play again, and got a new outlook on life. Pretty sweet I guess.
Pendleton Rock and Roll Camp Part 3 is about to drop. That's right. Rock camp. Fuck "Rock" though, right? Let's get these kids doing tape loops and playing Kalimba's. Let's make our own Arkestra of Eastern Oregon youth.
Speaking of that, I visited Philly over the weekend with my friend Daniel as my guide. He showed me the newest record stores in town. "Live Evil" for 5 bucks? What?
Anyhow, I will return with new music tomorrow. I am busy now with other things.......................

I did a couple of new collage's while I was home. I have new records too. PENDLETON! D Numbers played...they were amazing. Sagebrush Ballroom is a fabulous music venue. James Dean Kindle and the Eastern Oregon Playboys graciously invited me to play a set with them (they are getting soooo good). The Rainbow was glorious, and Roy Scheuning is now a Ram.PORTLAND! Thai Food! Leo Sayer Records! Aunt's! My Brother Kevin! Sarah Delamarters Wedding! Golden Retriever LOLA! BBQ with friends! BBQ'ed KALE! The TRIP home!Wish you all could have been there with me. I miss the 'rents already.
Going back home for a week to chill with the folks... I will also be finishing my as yet untitled/finished EP. Can't wait to drink micro-brews and listen to Nilsson with my pops. What a wonderful gift for us. Go over to Awesome Tapes from Africa to get a free Mahmoud Guinia album. This guy is really wonderful. He is from Morocco and plays an instrument called the guembri. Really good stuff. I heard him once before on Sublime Frequencies' Radio Morocco. Honestly it is hard to tell what was him on that comp., considering the chaotic nature of the Radio comps.Below is a video that I found of Mahmoud.
